SPFL CONFIRM: Norwich City Championship semi-final date changed
The first leg, which will determine who places fifth and fourth respectively, was scheduled to begin at 8 p.m. on Monday, May 13.
Now, though, the start time has been moved to Sunday, May 12 at 2:15 p.m.
This move has been made to prevent Midlands teams Aston Villa,
Besides who will face Liverpool on Monday, May 13, and West Brom Albion, who are presently ranked fifth in the Championship table, from having home games on the same day.
On Sunday, May 12 at 12.30 p.m. Ko, the first play-off semi-final between the clubs in sixth and third position will take place.
With 72 points, City is tied for sixth place with West Brom, despite the latter having a superior goal differential.
David Wagner’s team needs four points to mathematically secure a play-off position. They play Swansea this weekend before finishing the regular season against Birmingham.

First Section
6th vs. 3rd on Sunday, May 12 at 12.30 p.m.
May 12 at 2:15 p.m.: Fifth vs. Fourth
Second Section
3rd vs. 6th on Thursday, May 16 at 8 p.m.
Second Section

4th vs. 5th on Friday, May 17 at 8 p.m.
