That’s according to a report from TeamTalk, who claim that the 37-year-old’s impact at Portman Road is

winning him fans around the London Stadium.

During the 2022–2023 season, he led Ipswich to promotion from League One to the Championship in his first

full season there.

The Tractor Boys are currently vying for a spot in the Premier League for the upcoming season as a result of

that and another promotion push this season.

The Premier League is now beginning to show a serious interest in him as a result of his current success.

This most recent update indicates that West Ham is considering McKenna as a possible Moyes replacement.

Currently, Moyes’s deal at The London Stadium is scheduled to expire at the conclusion of the current

campaign.

It is unclear if he will sign a new contract with the Hammers, especially in light of the team’s lackluster

performance this season.

As a result, it’s now believed that West Ham is weighing their options in case they decide to step in and replace

the Scot.

After gaining popularity at the London Stadium with his attacking style of play, McKenna is reportedly one of

those being considered.

The 37-year-old’s contract with Ipswich is rumored to include a £4 million release clause,

which has reportedly attracted West Ham’s interest.

Season finale to be dramatic in Ipswich

Ipswich has a great opportunity to secure a spot in the English football premier league by making it back-to-

back promotions heading into their final three games of the campaign.

With three games remaining, the Tractor Boys are currently sitting in second place in the Championship table,

two points behind league leaders Leicester City and two points ahead of third-place Leeds United.
