SFA have confirmed Aberdeen vs Celtic and Rangers vs Hearts Scottish Cup refs and VAR officials confirmed

The SFA have confirmed the officials ahead of this weekend’s semi-finals at Hampden

The SFA has announced the appointments for the VAR and referee for this weekend’s Scottish Cup semi-finals, which are much awaited.

Don Robertson is expected to play as the man in the middle for Aberdeen when they go to Glasgow early in the afternoon to play Celtic at Hampden. Graeme Stewart and Steven Traynor will support him, and David Dickinson has been confirmed as the fourth official.

Alongside assistant Andrew McWilliam, Greg Aitken will be in the VAR control room at Clydesdale House.In the meanwhile,

Sunday’s semi-final between Hearts and Rangers, which begins at 3pm, will be refereed by Steven McLean.

At the national stadium, Dougie Potter, Craig Ferguson, and Kevin Clancy will run the lines. Kevin Clancy will serve as the fourth official. Assisting Willie Collum on VAR responsibilities will be Sean Carr.

Celtic versus Aberdeen

The umpire is Don Robertson.
