Celtic responded to the event with a brief statement,

announcing that they will be visiting Rangers on the “unacceptable” situation.

“It is totally unacceptable that our staff have been targeted in this way again,” a Celtic official stated.

“We will be raising our serious concerns with Rangers and

we understand that the matter is currently being investigated by Police Scotland.”
