In this week’s SB Nation Reacts survey, I delved into a topic other than the perennial quarterback debate to uncover where Denver Broncos fans perceive the team’s greatest needs. Surprisingly, the resounding consensus pointed towards the defensive line, with nearly half of all respondents pinpointing this area for concern.

Personally, I cast my vote for linebacker. Despite D.J. Jones still in the mix, the linebacker corps faces challenges with Josey Jewell sidelined and doubts lingering over Cody Barton’s ability to fill the void effectively. This, I believe, warrants immediate attention from the Broncos’ front office. Additionally, the uncertainty surrounding Greg Dulcich’s health at tight end adds another layer of worry.

While my stance may diverge from the majority, I acknowledge the validity of the defensive line’s prominence as a pressing issue. Yet, with the NFL Draft looming and our limited draft picks beyond the first round, the looming question remains: Can we realistically shore up our defensive line woes in 2024?
