Argentine football expert makes exciting Alejo Veliz claim Tottenham fans will love

Filippo Colasanto, a football agent and Argentine football expert, asserted that if Alejo Veliz had been available,

he would have signed him with “eyes closed.” Colasanto says Tottenham has acquired a striker with a similar level of skill to Julian Alvarez.

Alejo Veliz joined Tottenham from Rosario Central in the summer of last year,

reportedly for a fee of £13 million (Football.London).

Though he only played for 42 minutes in eight appearances during the first half of the season at Spurs,

the youthful player did manage one goal (Transfermarkt).

Naturally, it will be difficult for an emerging striker to establish himself when you have players like Richarlison and Heung-min Son in front of you.

Thus, the decision to lend Veliz to Sevilla was taken in January. Nevertheless, the 20-year-old has only made three appearances for the La Liga team, indicating that this move has not yet been successful for anyone.

Sevilla’s choice to loan Veliz was criticized in a Diario de Sevilla report that Sport Witness reported. In the meantime, it’s believed that Tottenham is dissatisfied with how the player has been used by the Spanish team (AS).

The Spurs made a superb signing in Alejo Veliz.

However, it appears like Tottenham may have a real potential on their hands. According to an interview published by Milan News with agency and Argentine football specialist Filippo Colasanto, Veliz is one of the players from the South American country who he would have advised recently.

“I would have taken Alejo Véliz with my eyes closed, who ended up at Tottenham,

just as I would have taken Julian Alvarez without much thought two years ago,” Colasanto declared.

To be honest, I can’t wait for Veliz to return to Tottenham and prove his mettle.

It appeared as though he had a lot of promise, but that injury put an end to it. It’s obvious that we should cease loaning players to Spain since it’s not working at all.
