Mathurin might be able to save Crystal Palace millions by stepping up.

Since this is Glasner‘s first management position in England and we haven’t yet guaranteed safety in the Premier League,

it would be extremely easy for him to simply rely on his experienced heads at Selhurst Park and ignore the younger potential for the time being.

The academy prospects at Crystal Palace now have a genuine chance to advance thanks to the man from Salzburg,

which is quite encouraging considering Roy Hodgson hardly ever showed them any interest at all.

In the hopes of becoming a regular starter at Selhurst Park,

one of these gifted young players can emulate the success of players like Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Tyrick Mitchell.
