Brighton & Hove Albion are eyeing a move to sign remarkable Rangers wonder, ahead of the summer transfer window

Archie Stevens, a star for Rangers, is a target for Brighton & Hove Albion ahead of the summer transfer season,

according to Football Transfers.

The 18-year-old winger is being watched by the Seagulls, Nottingham Forest, Wolves, and Brentford, according to an

online source that revealed on March 18.

The Gers signed Stevens from AFC Wimbledon in July 2022, making his debut as a 16-year-old as Rangers defeated

Queen of the South 3-1 in the League Cup one month later.

Could Rangers lose Archie Stevens to a Premier League outfit?

To the dismay of many Auchehowie supporters, Stevens may very well quit the team in the summer since several

Premier League teams are vying for his services.

Ross McCausland, 20, is the most recent example of how Philippe Clement’s system appears to be a clear path from

the academy to the first squad.

Given his debut by Steven Davis earlier this season, the winger has gone from strength to strength at Ibrox, learning

and developing during a superb campaign for the Gers.

There could have been a very simple journey for Stevens to gain more game time in the senior team, having only

made it onto the pitch for a handful of minutes on his debut.

Nevertheless, the young player’s bright future in the Premier League may prove to be too much for him. He will be

sorely missed as one of the Rangers B team’s top players, but he can be replaced.

Of course, Brighton has a recent track record of acquiring amazing players at a deep discount and watching them

develop in one of the top leagues in the world. It simply reinforces the idea that Stevens, a Rangers player, is a future

star if they are interested in him.

No matter where he goes, he is someone to keep an eye on.

In other Rangers news, Kris Boyd made a fresh Ibrox allegation directed at Aberdeen chairman Dave Cormack.
