Dr Rajpal Brar claims that Everton forward Arnaut Danjuma would not be cleared to start until April because of an ankle issue.

The injury expert believes that because of the intense strain and torque placed on ankles during gameplay, recovery from such setbacks is unpredictable.
The Dutchman might be eligible to play against Bournemouth on March 30 if reports about him are accurate. If so, he might be able to resume training soon.

Brar, a sports scientist and physical therapy specialist, exclusively spoke to Goodison News about Danjuma.

It’s always difficult to predict when a player may return to 100% because that would mean he’s fully in rhythm, confidence, and fitness. “He should be back in training imminently if he is to return by the end of the month. It might take him a bit longer to be ready to start games regularly.” “It’s an ankle injury and these can be tough to give timelines on because they come under such heavy demand and force in football.”

Danjuma hasn’t played much for Everton this year.

Due to his injury, the 27-year-old has not played for the Toffees since the end of January.

Though he was associated with the window’s escape door, he ultimately chose to remain at Goodison Parkā€”at least till the end of the season.Only five Premier League games have the Netherlands international played in, and he has scored one goal.

In other Everton news, there is growing pressure as a new takeover twist casts question on the Toffees’ financial future.
