Breaking News: Everton star makes Goodison Park exit decision as PL club scouts in action
Jarrad Branthwaite, an Everton player, is leaving Goodison Park this summer, whether the club is relegated or not.
That’s according to GIVEMESPORT, which said on Thursday, March 14 that the star player has been selected by Red Devils scouts as a “standout contender” to go to Old Trafford.
At the end of the season, GIVEMESPORT stated that the central defender is eager for a fresh challenge away from Goodison Park.
Is Everton ace Jarrad Branthwaite heading to Manchester United?
This season, Branthwaite has been outstanding for the Toffees, and manager Sean Dyche has made the young defender a regular fixture.
At centre defence, he has established a strong relationship with the more seasoned James Tarkowski, while Jordan Pickford is a standout performer in goal behind them.
Though beneficial for the moment, Branthwaite’s performances may work against Dyche in the long run because the defender appears to be drawing a lot of interest.
His inclusion in the most recent Three Lions squad by England manager Gareth Southgate is evidence of the extent to which this fascination has permeated international football.
Everton Jarrad Branthwaite
It remains to be seen if he plays in the friendlies against Brazil and Belgium later this month, but it is undoubtedly another positive move for the Goodison Park star.
This season, Everton is in serious danger of being relegated to the Premier League once again, but losing Branthwaite might happen regardless of where they end up in the standings.
