West Bromwich Albion star Kyle Bartley is of the view that Celtic loanee Mikey

Johnston is on fire for the Baggies at the moment.

The Celtic academy product, hoping for regular action,

signed a loan deal with West Brom after playing a minor part in Brendan Rodgers’

team throughout the first half of the season.

Johnston is in fantastic form for Carlos Corberan‘s team and has established himself

as a consistent starter in their starting lineup.

 

The outstanding player who was loaned out by Celtic scored twice on Sunday to help

West Brom defeat Huddersfield Town 4-1 on the road.

His teammate Bartley was pleased with his performance in the second half of the match.

Johnston is playing brilliantly for West Brom,

and Bartley wants the winger to continue this winning streak through the rest of the year.

Bartley informed West Bromwich Albion’s official media that he told his twin brother

that he must have been playing in the first half since,

like all of us, he wasn’t quite at it.

“He just needs to try and keep that continuing because he is currently completely on fire.

“He deserves it and he’s in fantastic form.”

In nine appearances for West Brom this season, Johnston has scored six goals and assisted one,

and the Celtic star will be looking to close the campaign on a high note.
