Shock news as Celtic star missing rest of the season

Upon arriving at Celtic Park this afternoon, Celtic supporters were taken aback to see that Cameron Carter-Vickers was left out of the Hoops Scottish Cup quarterfinal roster.

The boys will play in the semi-final at Hampden if they defeat Livingston and hope to defend their crown.

But the team sheet is up, and there’s no sign of the American international.

Hopefully, Brendan’s explanation for our vice captain’s absence won’t be long-lasting. We are currently awaiting it.

Many Celtic supporters are anxious because the team is already without Callum McGregor and CCV isn’t in the mix.

Returning to the starting lineup because of injuries and bans is Kuhn.

Yang is out following his dismissal from Tynecastle last week, and Palma had an injury during the week.

These numbers demonstrate just how amazing the Hoops have been so far this season.

Regardless of performance levels, Celtic’s campaign has revolved upon victories.

This has been especially true at Celtic Park, where the winners have won all 16 of their games at Parkhead so far. They have been incredibly dominant in the league.

They also have two goals remaining in the league this season, a feat they will be aiming for at Rugby Park the following Saturday.
