Reports: Rangers have defeated top EPL Teams to sign Bayer Leverkusen youngster on a 4 years deal worth £20 million

Noah Mbamba was linked to Rangers in November; now, the midfielder might win the Bundesliga with Bayer Leverkusen.

The Belgian youth, 19, is a squad player for the German giants,

who could be on the verge of winning their first Bundesliga title in club history.
