Kenny Miller is certain that Rangers will win all three points against Kilmarnock on Wednesday evening (February 28).

The Gers travel to Rugby Park hoping to retain – or even increase – their two-point lead over Celtic at the Scottish Premiership summit.

The pitch surface adds to the challenge, but Miller believes the Rangers have enough talent to complete the task.

“When you get to this stage of the season, 11 games to go with a two-point gap, every single game and point is important,” he told Clyde 1 Superscoreboard [27 February].

“They’re going to a team flying on their home patch, and the pitch has to be highlighted since it offers them an edge over whoever they play.

“It’s not only about the Rangers players; it’s about where they are as a club, which is full of confidence.

Rangers: Sky Sports pundit adamant over what will happen v Kilmarnock at Rugby Park

“Kilmarnock have the right for us to look at this as a banana skin, but I have no doubt Rangers will go there and win tomorrow.”

Rangers face a stiff Kilmarnock challenge at Rugby Park.

Kilmarnock is on a three-game winning streak at home, and they have not lost in eight games since a 1-0 setback to Hearts on December 2.

That streak includes a win over Celtic, and they also defeated Rangers earlier in the season.

Rangers are a different beast now than they were then, with Philippe Clement losing only one of the 27 matches he has overseen.

Usually, a draw a fixture such as this away at the division’s fourth-best side would be considered okay amid a run of victories.

However, with only two points separating them from Celtic, the Gers know they cannot afford any slip-ups.

As a reminder, many expected the home match against a Hearts team on a long unbeaten streak to be difficult last Saturday.

If Rangers pass this next test undamaged, they will be well on their way to another championship.
