Ibrox Latest: Rangers starlet set for loan transfer as Dumbarton switch will reunite kid with Ibrox teammate

James Graham, a promising player for the Rangers, is scheduled to join Dumbarton on a loan.

For the second half of the season, the striker will be with the Scottish League Two team. The 19-year-old was called up by the Light

Blues last month after spending time on loan at League One Annan Athletic. Graham has made a comeback and

shown promise while playing for the Rangers B squad.

The forward, who is out of contract in the summer, moved to Rangers from Ross County for training compensation. Sons boss Stevie

Farrell will bring the forward in to add more firepower for his side’s play-off push. The Ibrox outfit are also keen for Graham, who is

out of contract, to get more top first-team action. Graham’s Ibrox team-mate Jay Hogarth is already on loan at Dumbarton. Farrell has

used the loan system well so far to bring in Gallagher Lennon from St Mirren, Cian Newbury

at Hamilton and Queen’s Park from Aaron Healy at the Rock.
