Clyde pundit believes Rangers have “made a mockery” of Peter Lawwell Celtic claim

The outspoken Clyde Superscoreboard commentator has also stated that weekend strikes from Mohamed Diomande, Oscar Cortes, and Fabio Silva “expose” a recent Parkhead statement as “a pile of nonsense”

The comments come after all three of Rangers summer signings scored in the weekend’s 5-0 demolition of Hearts. Upon the release of the club’s annual accounts this week, Celtic chairman Peter Lawwell had also lamented a lack of transfer business and labelled the January window “notoriously difficult”

“So they’ve got three goal scorers today who were all signed in January, so it makes a mockery of Peter Lawwell and his statement.” Later discussing Rangers’ transfer business: “Those who have come in are making Rangers better. “Those who were already there, Philippe Clement has made better.
