Celtic to sign ballmaker on three-year contract this weekend with double signing close

Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers expressed frustration during a post-match interview after Celtic’s 3-1 victory over Motherwell at Fir Park.

While Rodgers expressed delight with his side’s performance and ability to overcome a first-half deficit,

the conversation shifted when the topic of media myths around his team came up.

Rodgers, who has previously expressed worries about what he sees as a predetermined tale being written about Celtic’s resolve and ambition in the title battle,

maintained his confidence in the squad’s skills.He went on to say:

“I’m delighted for the players because like I’ve said, there’s a story been written about this group,

so we will write our own story.”However,

the situation became strained when BBC reporter Jane Lewis prodded Rodgers for more information on his statements about the Celtic story.

Rodgers, apparently unwilling to dig into specifics, abruptly ended the line of questioning with a curt,

“No, no.” You understand exactly what I mean. No.”

Lewis’ insistence in seeking explanation resulted in Rodgers’ unexpected exit from the interview.

“Okay, are we finished? “Well done, good girl; cheers,” he said, concluding the conversation and departing the interview.

With Nicolas Kuhn and Daizen Maeda failing to impress on the right side,

it is now time for Brendan Rodgers to select his first-choice winger,

as the Hoops need to build a regular starting 11 after so many roster changes this season.

Undoubtedly, injuries have contributed to Celtic’s failure to discover their best starting 11,

but given that it is February, Rodgers must do so immediately, and Yang appears to be the best option off the right wing.

Yang, a brilliant South Korean winger, has received praise in his native country for his exploits in the Asian Cup.

If he can find consistency in his wing play, he will be an important player in the coming weeks.
