Rangers given 68% chance of winning the Premiership as number crunching paints bleak Celtic picture
The title race appears to be coming down to the wire, but one number-crunching algorithm is not so sure.
Rangers have risen to the top of the Premier League table for the first time under Philippe Clement. A 3-0 win at St Johnstone put them two points ahead of Celtic, who drew 1-1 at home to Kilmarnock.
Now the race is on to see who will come out on top in May. There will be two more derbies between now and then, and the two might play in the Scottish Cup if they both make it to the semi-finals or the final.
There are other league problems to solve, such as if Livingston pull off the big escape or if Neil Warnock.
Livingston – 12th
The Lions are expected to have their Premiership stint ended.
Ross County ranks 11th.
