Former Striker explain Difference Between Celtic And Rangers
Former premier league striker Gordon Daziel feels that Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers does not currently have
the same flexibility to alter his squad as Rangers’ Philippe Clement.
Even in their recent victories, Celtic has appeared forced and uninspired, whereas Rangers has been producing outcomes and
performances on a regular basis.
Daziel emphasized that the two managers’ squad options now represent the biggest distinction between the two teams.
While Clement has been reorganizing his squad, adding new players, and switching up his tactics without sacrificing output, Rodgers
is always compelled to use his best eleven players.
“Clement can go in and make four or five changes, change the style, add new players, and they’re still winning games and playing well.
“At the moment, you cannot accomplish that with Celtic.
“Celtic must attempt to field their best eleven players; Carter-Vickers is a major loss at the back, and Hatate has been a major loss.
“However, Celtic cannot switch around and make four, five, or six changes because, to put it politely, there isn’t much exciting play on
the bench and backup right now.”
When several of Celtic’s important players return from injury, Rodgers will be hoping that the team’s performances will improve.
