Lawrence Shankland refuses to sign contract amid rangers transfer – journalist Dean Jones

During the January transfer window, journalist Jones told GIVEMESPORT that a late Rangers move for Shankland should not have been ruled out, and Hearts fans were surely eagerly down the days before the deadline.
