Kemar Roofe, Danilo, Leon Balogun, and Tom Lawrence—all injured and unavailable

for selection—will not be available for them to use.

Lawrence’s exclusion from the squad is more of a precaution to provide adequate

recuperation in between minutes. Ryan Jack has rejoined the team.

They have also defeated United in their prior meetings, which has strengthened their

position even more.

Rangers need to be careful not to become complacent and to not underestimate their

opponents, though.

Even though they recently lost to Dundee United, Ayr United is still a formidable

opponent, especially in light of the hiring of Scott Brown as their new manager.
