Breaking news: Ex-Rangers ace Discuss About Rangers player Fitness
Following his most recent performance for Santos, former Brazilian international Neto made fun of former
Rangers attacker Alfredo Morelos’ physical state.
Prior to Samsunspor’s transfer deadline, Morelos was rumored to be returning to Europe
this week to play on loan in Turkey; however, Santos rejected the deal.
He entered the game in the final 27 minutes of Santos’ 1-0 victory over Corinthians during the week,
but he was unable to score for Pele’s former team, whom he rejoined in September.
But Brazilian footballer-turned-pundit Neto, who played for both Santos and Corinthians throughout
his career and received 16 caps for his nation, was distinctly unhappy with the former Ibrox hero.
He uttered, “Observe his form.” He’s not a prankster. He’s not a football player. He does not work in that field.
Examine him. For a player like that, Santos has already paid him over a million real (£143,000)
in salaries this season. You must be kidding.”
After deciding to accept a goal bonus to make up the difference in pay—which hasn’t yet been activated—
and cut his salary, Morelos signed a new contract with Santos last week.
It happened after Santos’ game yesterday night, when Morelos ran across his idol in football.
Global talents Pele and Neymar were produced by the storied old club; the former is some
what more well-known for his tenure.

The Sao Paulo team’s supporters, along with many others throughout Brazil, continue to adore Neymar
despite the 32-year-old’s recent breaking of Pele’s record for goals scored in the nation.
He was a prominent player for Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain, but like many others,
he moved on to Al Hilal in Saudi Arabia last year to advance in his career.
Neymar returned to assist Santos in their matchup with Corinthians.
Morelos had the opportunity to meet him and take pictures with him following the game.
