Rangers brought in three new players during the January transfer window,

and Stewart Fisher gave them a B+.

The journalist said there seems to be a “sea change” at Ibrox as Philippe Clement and

Nils Koppen are aiming to bring in “extravagant talent,”

who can then be transferred on for “big money”

in a post on The Scottish Sun website on Tuesday, February 6.

In the 3-0 victory over Livingston on February 3, he feels that January signing

Fabio Silva displayed glimpses of his “quality.” Meanwhile

, he thinks that midfielder Mohamed Diomande is a “step up”

from Jose Cifuentes, who is expected to go on loan to Brazilian team Cruzeiro,

and winger Oscar Cortes may be “one for the future.”

Fisher stated, “Philippe Clement and Nils Koppen at Ibrox seem to have finally implemented

a radical shift in the transfer department, trying to find extravagant talent that

can be sold for huge sums of money in the transfer market.”

There have been complaints that the club lacks the opportunity to purchase

Fabio Silva and that another attacker, possibly Lawrence Shankland, failed to show up,

but against Livingston, there were glimpses of the Portuguese star’s talent.
