Neil Warnock questions Rangers ball boys in hilarious post Aberdeen interview

Aberdeen manager Neil Warnock has questioned the role of the Rangers ball boys in the Ibrox side’s Scottish Premiership victory.

The Gers defeated their northeast rivals 2-1, with Todd Cantwell scoring after Rabbi Matondo and Bojan Miovski had already scored.

Neil Warnock’s employment at Aberdeen had made headlines prior to the game,

and as he arrived at Ibrox, you might have confused him with the Rangers boss.

Before the match, Warnock, dressed in a blue suit and brown brogues,

backtracked on accusations he was a Rangers fan, claiming his allegiances were with Greenock Morton instead.

Neil Warnock cracks wise about Rangers ballboys.
Neil Warnock, speaking to Sky Sports after the game,

was effusive in his appreciation for Ibrox and Rangers.

However, the wily old manager had a few words to say regarding potential time wasting at the end of the game.

Speaking of the Rangers’ ball boys, they were forced to sit out the final 10 minutes after Dujon Sterling was controversially sent off.

“Crack, if you can’t enjoy that tonight,” Warnock said. “The atmosphere at Ibrox was fantastic,

and the pitch looked beautiful. It was a wonderful occasion.

“At the end, you have the ball boys adding five minutes, don’t you? They are really tuned,

aren’t they? They were turned in there.

“Don’t give it back; make them climb over the wall. Who instructs them at Ibrox? “Do they have their own teachers?”

Rangers secure a momentous Aberdeen win.
Rangers were clearly the stronger side throughout, and they deserved the three points,

but Philippe Clement’s squad had to work for it.

The Gers’ title challenge continues, with this win being particularly significant in the context of the Scottish Premiership title.

While Todd Cantwell refused to comment on the match’s consequences,

fans and media alike feel that the victory sends a message.
