breaking news Philippe Clement was ecstatic about Rangers’ solidarity in defeating Aberdeen.

After Rangers defeated Aberdeen 2-1 to tie Celtic for first place in the standings, its manager,

Philippe Clement, was all praise for both his squad and the supporters of the Ibrox club.

Rabbi Matondo gave the home team the early lead,

but Bojan Miovski’s goal just before halftime pulled Aberdeen even.

Rangers had to play the final 10 minutes with ten men when Dujon Sterling was sent off,

but Todd Cantwell scored the game’s winning goal in the second half.

Clement said Rangers would not have won the game months ago,

but he was happy with how his team handled setbacks.

“It’s crucial to maintain composure and carry on with your work,

rather than giving in to doubts, when you receive a knock right before halftime,” he stated.

“There is a significant change now compared to a few months ago in that

everyone still believes and works hard to achieve the desired outcome.

Ten minutes before the game ends, there is a second scenario that follows the first one.

“Even though it wasn’t truly a struggle, you still had to fight throughout those minutes.

We persisted, which made it harder to win the game even though

we had opportunities to score a goal.

“It was incredible to feel this energy coming from the stands in the last ten minutes,

so maybe at the end it is good to show everybody how aligned

everybody is in the club now, the fans and players.”

Clement stated that he has not yet decided whether to file an appeal against

Sterling’s red card. Referee Don Robertson’s dismissal was examined by VAR

, who invited him to reevaluate his call, but he remained with his initial judgment

after seeing the challenge’s replays.
