against Aberdeen. They also face a tricky Scottish Cup fifth round tie away at St Mirren this Sunday.

A question concerning how Rodgers maintains his team’ attention in the face of outside frustrations was also posed
to him. In his response, he also mentioned Man City and Ibrox’s progress.
He went on, “It’s very simple. Managing that and concentrating on our performance is the task at hand. You have to

“In my opinion, competition improves you. I watched enough Premier League games to realize the potential
improvements Man City could make despite their surroundings.
“There’s no denying that Rangers have become better and better via competition. The emphasis is primarily on us.”
